Terms and Conditions
BUYING EXISTING ORIGINAL ARTWORK
On all individual art pages, it will indicate in the details whether the piece is available for sale or not, along with the “Price for the Original”. This price includes p+p to Mainland UK. Simply click on the ‘Buy’ button and place your order.
BUYING PRINTS
On all individual art pages, it will indicate in the details whether the piece is available as a Print or Limited Edition Print along with the size of the Print available. This price includes p+p to Mainland UK. Simply click on the link and place your order.
Limited Edition Prints are numbered, signed and authenticated by the Artist. Supplied rolled in a tube.
Non Limited Edition Prints will be signed by the Artist. Supplied rolled in a tube.
COMMISSIONING NEW ART
Whether it’s a Portrait of a loved one or family pet, a celebratory caricature, a favourite landscape or view of your home, we are happy to take Private Commissions.
To order a commission, go to our Commissions page and click the relevant link, you will then be presented with full ordering and payment details and an upload facility your reference images.
Delivery is made on receipt of final (watermarked and copyrighted) digital proof.
TIMESCALES
Existing Original Art:
Delivery is 2-5 working days from receipt of payment.*
Prints:
Delivery is 2-5 working days from receipt of payment.*
* PLEASE NOTE: This may be longer currently due to delays due to Covid-19 backlogs at Royal Mail and other couriers we use. Allow a potential maximum delivery time of 10-15 days before contacting us. We will update this news as soon as we have been updated that these delays are starting to be resolved.
Commissions:
Delivery times for new Commissions are based on a 2 to 6 week turnaround from receipt of the order.
This is dependant on the current order commitments and to allow for sufficient drying time for the piece to be packaged safely (Oils can take up to 6 months to completely dry out, but we usually allow 2 to 3 weeks from completion for it to be dry enough to package safely). More specific delivery dates will be advised at time of receipt of the commission.
Marketing Materials:
ArtyMarks Art reserves the right to display any and all artwork on this website and on our Social Media accounts as current examples of our work. We respect the individuals right to anonymity, so there will be no names attached.
Social Media:
If you would like to share or show your paintings on your own Social Media accounts, we would appreciate a tag or link to ArtyMarks.art and a ‘Review’ (also known as a ‘Recommend’ on our Facebook Business Page). Our usernames for our Social Media accounts are in the footer of this website.
